Practical tips

How to stand out

  1. Ask how many office days are expected. Hybrid can mean one day a month or four days a week.
  2. Search near home first. Hybrid jobs still need a commute, so filter by a city you can reach.
  3. Mention both sides in your application: what you do well in person and how you stay productive at home.

About the data

LandMe collects open jobs directly from employers' own career sites and applicant tracking systems, not from other job boards. Counts are open jobs with a known U.S. state as of October 12, 2026. “Posted in the last 7 days” uses the date the employer posted the job. Listed pay uses the middle of each posted range. Hourly pay is converted to a yearly amount at 2,080 hours (40 hours a week, 52 weeks). Median pay is shown only when at least 30 listings include pay.
